About SKM via PPT-PPA Kaedah: Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu is a JPK fast-track certification method that recognises industry experience and prior learning — suitable for working drone pilots and operators. SKM falls under Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. Danithya Resources connects you with JPK-accredited centres for SKM Level 2 & 3 (NOSS H512-001-2/3:2019).

About CAAM Programmes: The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) regulates all civil drone operations under MCAR 2016 and CAD 6011. CAAM certifications are completely separate from SKM (JPK) — they license you to legally fly drones for commercial operations in Malaysia. RCoC-B is mandatory for all commercial pilots; specialty modules (EVLOS, Agri, RCoC-AL, A2) are add-ons for specific operations.
Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency — Basic. The foundation licence for all drone pilots in Malaysia. Mandatory as of 1 December 2021 under MCAR 2016 Reg. 140–144.
